WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because all collars are handcrafted and custom made for each order, all sales are final. We check each order for structural soundness and hand pack each order with care. We provide a detailed sizing guide to help make sure the size you choose is correct for your pet. Customer satisfaction is our goal so if you do have an issue please contact us within 7 days of your order arriving and we’ll see what we can do.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because of the custom made nature of our products we do not offer cancellations on orders. If you need to make a change we ask that you do so within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have a change or request after that just email us at email@example.com and we'll see what we can do for you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY COLLAR?
Each collar is custom made to fit your dog, our current production time is about 8 - 12 weeks. If you need your collar sooner we can possibly arrange for rush production, please email us for details.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY COLLAR IF IT DOESN'T FIT?
Each collar is custom made especially how you order it so we cannot accept exchanges on any collars. We are happy to help figure out sizing to ensure a better fit if you are unsure. If you do receive a collar that doesn't fit and we absolutely have to remake it, there is a 25% fee of the cost of the collar to remake it. This is to cover the cost of materials and some labor.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Shipping prices vary by destination, but we want everyone to be able to enjoy our collars. Customers are responsible for any customs, fees, or taxes charged upon arrival.
IF I SEND MY COLLAR BACK FOR REPAIR WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?
Within the USA, customers will ship back the collar and we will return it. International repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
OH NO! I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS...
If you notice a mistake please email us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped to the wrong address and is returned because of a wrong address you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship it to a new address.
I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL BUT THE TRACKING ISN'T WORKING?
Please allow 24 to 48 hours after you receive your confirmation email for the tracking to register. Once USPS has the package, we do not have any control over the tracking.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE SOMETHING I WON IN A GIVEAWAY?
It can take up to 3 months for a giveaway item to ship. Some ship within a couple days, and some take a lot longer as they are worked into the order lineup.
CAN I ORDER A COMPLETELY CUSTOM COLLAR?
We are not currently taking custom orders.
